Meet the Team

Bethany Paden graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Milligan College in 2001. She has worked in the legal industry for ten years, primarily involved with real estate law. Bethany began working at Doyle & Foutty, P.C. as a legal assistant in 2003 and subsequently established the REO Department which now handles Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac REO’s. She then went on to oversee and manage the overhaul of the in-house title agency, Total Title, LLC and currently manages its day-to-day operations.
