Meet the Team

Amber Heifner has been employed with the Firm since 2000 and has over 18 years of experience in the real estate industry. Amber began working in the real estate industry as a teenager in a small local law office which handled mortgage foreclosures and miscellaneous collection and real estate cases. Her experience then led to a position at Irwin Mortgage Corporation, a local mortgage servicer based in Fishers, Indiana. In 2000, Amber accepted a position as a legal assistant at Doyle & Foutty, P.C. and was promoted to the position of Foreclosure Supervisor in the spring on 2005. As Foreclosure Supervisor, Amber not only processed and managed the Freddie Mac portfolio, but also managed a staff of nearly 20 legal assistants and file clerks. In 2010, after managing the foreclosure department for over five years, Amber transitioned into the position as Post-Sale/Eviction/REO Supervisor. She now processes and manages post-sale matters such as eviction, title clearance and complex title issues. In addition, she oversees the real estate owned properties for the Firm’s Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac portfolios.
